Local Bike Trails

Smithers is blessed with a variety of great trails. Below you will find some basic info about them. The Smithers Mountain Bike Association is responsible for a lot of the recent maintenance and upgrades on existing trail networks and the birth of some new amazing trails. Check out their website for more information on how you can join and help out.

Freeride Trails

Freeride started early in Smithers on the Bluff before freeride was even a term used in biking and has continued to develop.

XC & Adventure Trails

The Bulkley Valley has a lot of hiking trails, many of them well suited to biking. If you want to get into the mountains and enjoy the outdoors these trails are for you.
