Rivers Improving

We just spent two days fishing the Skeena in the Kitwanga area. River was at a decent level but clarity was very poor. A good number of boats and shore people were out on the Sunday and not as many on Monday. Very few fish were caught while we were there. Another few days and it should be in prime condition. Numbers from the Tyee Test Fishery are improving and reports from Terrace is the Chinook catch is picking up. The Skeena in Terrace has cleared up quite a bit and is in decent fishable shape with some fish being caught. Good size springs are being caught on the Kitimat. The Bulkley is still quite dirty and will take several more days to come in to shape. The weather looks good for all the rivers to improve over the next few days.
